Idea cheated me by giving 2gb/day data instead of 2.5/day on recharge of 1197rs.

I have recharged idea 4g 1197rs plan on my idea number 999******* on 25 oct 2017 from idea official app. According to idea official website and idea app. I should get 2.5gb/day of data for 70 days but i got only 2gb/day data for 70 days. This is clear fraud. I have called idea customer care complain number 198 twice, First time they disconnect my call after saying me that they will transfer it to the higher level officer. Second time the guy who picked my call was completely ignorant and told me ask help from where i got this recharge rudely. After telling him i have done it from official idea app multiple time he just gave me a email address and told me go ask there. And told me to disconnect call.

I have mailed to customer care email address(customercare@idea.adityabirla.com). Their resolution time is 48hours. Should I wait or through my grievance on appellate email too? There is no phone number given for Haryana customer.
