complaint no 10212366523 , my ACT Internet connection disconnected on 5th October, since then I have called the customer care more than 15 times to solve the problem, till date 19-10-2017, it has not yet been solved, these ACT staff are careless and shameless, again when I called today, they said the same old dialogue, "your problem will be solved within tomorrow".
