Royal Enfield owners with loud exhausts beware - Cops will seize your bike, and break your silencer

Following complaints from citizens, citing specifically modified silencers on board Royal EnfieldBullet motorcycles, traffic police in Pune, Mysore, Bengaluru and in some regions of Kerala, have started fining owners. Traffic police are stopping Royal Enfield riders and checking their vehicles for modifications. If these motorcycles are found with loud exhaust notes, offenders are being charged under Section 190 (2) of MVA.

Good. They should also check for flashing headlights which some people are using. I have seen many bikes and even scooters have headlight like Camera flash. It just flashed instead of steady beam and really bad for person coming in opposite direction.

Yup, Here at my place some idiots have turned the side indicators of their bikes into disco lights and then put it in parking mode while riding it! They just don't give a damn about traffic rules.
 
Another menace is the improper usage of high beams in well lit city roads. They don't have the slightest clue what it is for. They just use it because it outputs brighter light.
