BSNL Broadband is now offering 8mbps as minimum speeds on almost all their plans

It's really strange, some random people face this issue every month. I faced this issue last month.

Can confirm Happy Browsing is working after exhausting FUP. Maybe for FTTH subscribers it’s not an issue?

@thehitman47 it looks like ftth has no issue. for 249 plan i still can't confirm
