Yep, that's there. Though I dunno, I'd be a bit concerned with Windows 10 on 4 GB. Linux might be a better option, unless MS specific apps are needed.

I have a 4 year old i3 ,4gb ram Acer lappy running windows 10 with no problems. its fine
