air has filled in battery.
Is it safe to use?
Can I make a small hole to let air escape?

Where to buy new battery?

Device is Airtel 4G Data Card.
Battery number / model is HB434666RBC
 
throw it away. it would probably blast if you try to punch a hole in it.
 
I was using it for sometime and it doesn't overheat.
I quit using it today.
I have same battery issue in ZTE Airtel Data Card.

I will make hole in paper not battery, as paper is not glued to battery.
Where to buy online?
