Desperate for money, a former con woman agrees to drive an old woman insane so her children can inherit her fortune.
Dina Cotton, a woman in her 60s, struggles to reconcile reality with the voices in her head. What she doesn't know, however, is that she isn't crazy and that her three greedy children are paying Maggie, a master of manipulation, to convince Dina that she's losing her mind. Their plan is simple: get their mother declared legally insane so they can claim her fortune. But when Dina ends up dead, Maggie realizes that it was no accident, and she sets out to take down to Cotton children one-by-one.
