Hi friends,Reliance plays a foul game by not sending the bill for the first three months to your address since initially you will not get the speed assured consistently. Sometimes you get speeds ranging from 30 kbps to 160 kbps, when u click on a link sometimes you need to wait for 10 to 20 mins which is really frustrating. They will disconnect the service if you don't pay the bill and charge 100 rs as reactivation in your next bill. please let me know your experiences, they are going to charge the rent as previous dues on a pro-rata basis if the service has started after 20th of the month. Always get a ticket number for your complaints for reference, check your bandwidth with a meter like 2wire.com frequently if you are getting the assured bandwidth. If there is no service for more than 2 days usually there will be a network outage which they don't inform nor deduct it from the bill.
