yup! 18% here too , j&k was surprising to know how and why my bill jumped lol. j&k was a tax free state for telecom , thanks to GST it's not anymore.

The current bill was for more than 30 days while the one before it was for less than 30 days.

Yup, Even my bill shows the billing from 25th June 2017 to 31 July 2017. GST implemenatation to be blamed for this.
