Samsung reveals the Leader 8, its latest high-end flip phone

The premium flip phone, which bears model number SM-G9298, is actually called the Leader 8 and not W2018 as originally thought. It sports two 4.2-inch Super AMOLED displays with Full HD resolution and is powered by the Snapdragon 821 chipset. The Leader 8 also houses 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of expandable storage, and is made from aviation-grade aluminum alloy.

On the device’s rear is a 12 MP primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture, while a 5 MP snapper appears on the front, and a 2,300 mAh battery with support for wireless charging keeps it powered. The Leader 8 weighs 235 grams, is 15.9 mm thick, and comes with quite a few features including Samsung Pay, Secure Folder, and S Voice.
