Hi folks,
I'm in the process of filing a consumer court case against RCom.
In case the judge asks me, I need to clear up this confusion.

There is "credit limit: Rs 3000" (see top of bill)

I was on unlimited 699 plan.

What does this credit limit really mean? Does it mean they won't disconnect services until cumulative amount that I owe them for say 2-3 months exceeds Rs 3000? Or something else?

well by default reliance used to give a combo plan. it was your choice to use a landline device. but they charged 50 bucks extra for landline facility. if you removed landline from your connection, your bill was 50 rupees less iirc. i guess you were not paying for combo plan. in any case, i doubt they would have a separate billing system for just broadband connections.

Thanks.
Well a bill is an authentic proof i guess.
It clearly mentions credit limit without any mention of "landline" in the plan section. Now the burden of proof to challenge this argument lies with Rcom.
