I think it's 1000 GB for the 1999 plan. Just call them and ask for the bonus data applicable for your plan. I got mine activated in few minutes, no questions asked. 🙂

Thank You @manojrk , just had the "Big Byte 1000GB" (thats the name for it) added to my account. No questions asked, nothing, simple!

This is like a rainy day quota, can be used after only your FUP for the month expires and till the next month when the FUP resets, 1000GB for 12 Months validity, your choice if you want to finish it off in one go or use a few GBs over your FUP quota every month. You can't turn it on and off at will though, just would need to control your data usage.

I have 30 GB retention plan data.
Now they added carry over data and removed retention data

Usually it takes sometime to update Retention data on smartbytes page after the bill cycle period. Hoped it would be back. Now its updated🙂
