Problems with DataOne

I got the connection last week and it worked fine for about 3 days. Yesterday, I was unable to browse the net for quite some time. It showed The Page Cannot be Displayed error message. The problem occured today also. I suspected a possible DNS problem with the server. When I contacted exchange officials they told it is okay there and told that it was a problem with my PC. I didn't believed their words and remain quite for some time and my connection got restored after about half an hour. Did anybody facing/faced this problem? What's the reason for this problem?
