I suggest you personally that never ever go to Tikona... I had no options but to use Tikona for like 20 months... And for the whole 20 month experience I had call them like 100s of times to rectify the disconnection or the speed issues... And now, after cancelling all the connection, like after 10 months they calling me and asking me to pay a bill of 3800 which I am not suppose to and they are trying to scare me by telling that there will be a legal case....
So, my honest suggestions is that, its okay to not to have a broadband connection rather than having Tikona.
