BSNL launches 2 Mbps flat unlimited broadband plan for Rs. 599

They now have a much more tolerable Selfcare portal which if maintained properly should be pretty easier to change plans without interacting with anyone. But nope, they won't.
 
I am in 680 plan now and i think promotional offer for next 3 months.i will change to 599 plan after 3 months.
 
Called 1504. The AVR had an option to speak to customer care executive for technical support, complaints and 'plan change'. The guy who came on line told me to visit local exchange for changing plans :neutral:
 
If I get this this 2Mbit flat connection, what will be the FUP. Did anyone try to download 10Gb daily for 30 days or at least around? There must be some cap on regular big downloading set?
