DP Choke -No New Connection

The airtel guys took the money,cashed it and installed the wire and now r saying that they cant provide new connection since dp is choke.
any other way to make them compel to install new connection

no other connection is available since local cable operator is atype of gunda and neither hathway,act ,excitel are ready to provide conncetion in my area

I think ACT BB is in Vikas Puri now. Saw many boards last time I was there. Register on their website.
