Hello is there anyone here who can tell me how to get bsnl broadband and landline connection disconnected if possible tell online method by the way i am from Chandigarh

Online is unlikely to be an option. You would most likely need to submit an application at exchange.

Sir one more thing does changing plan via selfcare portal works or not

Earlier it only worked in some regions. South India I believe. The new portal I have heard works for all.
