150 KBps dowloading speed on 268 kBps unlimited plan on mtnl broadband

hey guys m having sterlite sam300 ax modem with 256 kBps unlimited plan of mtnl......my friends are having same plan with different modems and guess wat....dey r getting download speed of about 150 KBps on torrents...i hav port forwarded my router done settings in bittorent n changed half open ports to 90 in tcpip.sys system file.....still m getting speed of about 24 KBps...can nebody help me with this.....???

what u are getting is quite closed to the promised speed.on 256 Kbps untld plan the usual speed is 26-27 KBps and u are getting 24 KBps..so there is really no cause for complaint.
 
he's getting that on torrents which is always less than max speed achievable so it should be ok.
 
hahah lol you took 256 kbps plan and currenlt getting 25KBs so what speed u expected ?😛
