Yup. just saw this on reddit.

Also someone in comments linked to ACT boradband taking personal details and selling it to thrid parties

airtel is mentioned as well. their terms of use are quite scary. but then for a company that is known to inject javascript code in user traffic... you need to cover your ground well!

the Terms had changed it says:
38. The Customer may use VPN and encryption up to the bit length permitted by the Department of Telecommunications.
