Airtel has made certain daily data plans (xGB/day) previously available only as "best offer" for selected users now officially available as Special Recharge STV for regular recharge in a few circles

i hope these companies also soon introduce the 1 year validity plan that trai has asked them to launch. i do not see myself migrating away from airtel for a while so it would be great to pay for one year in one go and have enough daily data to stop worrying about it.

right now i am on the recharge pack that does not show up properly on airtel app. i believe it expires on 26th so i would need to decide on that day what to recharge with.
 
This explains why their 4G speeds are steadily decreasing in my area. Maxes out at 5-6 Mbps these days and sometimes Edge feels faster 😀
