A query regarding BSNL broadband Line Rate ?

Hello all,

I have recently changed my plan to BBG COMBO ULD 1199 (4 mbps till 20 GB then 2 mbps there after) and following are my line rate stats in the modem -

Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 509
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 4095

I am not talking about attainable rates . Just the current Line rates.

Is this good enough ? What line rate do you guys have ?

You are lucky that you are getting those line rates, many don't even get that. Your current line rate is in sync with your plan and looks good.
 
Yes the line rate is exactly same here for 1199plan at my place. Just 2 months ago my upload was reduced to 509 from the earlier 1024, but i get constant 3.5 mbps irrespective of fup.
 
Go to your router GUI web page then Advanced Setup-- DSL
Only cheak the ADSL2+ and uncheak the other
Then save the settings restart the router and cheak the Downstreem speed
If it's still shows to you 2048Kbps then you have to contact with DE Internal or SDE to change your Port speed.

coolguy your stats are OK ! however you will get 3.5 Mbps max on a 4096 line !
to enjoy true 4 mbps, you have to upgrade to 6144 line profile !
