I have 8 mbps connection and when on youtube i never used to get uninterrupted streaming beyond 480p. Now since last few days, all videos are prebuffered and play without any hickups even on 1080p. Does this mean BSNL has cached google sites.

i dont know anything about that but i can watch youtube video at 480p and some videos at 720p without buffering. I am using 1mbps plan i get 100/120kbps download speed in torrents and 140kbps in IDM. also there a ton of video streaming websites from where i am able to stream at 480p and yes I am from nagpur
