I have been using BPL GPRS for more than 3 yrs now. Previously I was consistently getting 16 Kbps - 24 Kbps for Rs. 750 pm.Now the rate has gone down to Rs.500 pm for unlimited usage.Problems.a. speed is slowb. disconnects or slows down to 8Kbps after 2 hrsunfortunately my MTNL phone does not work properly in my house. My basic dial-up is much slower than GPRS.These days I'm evaluating In2Cable, MTNL Triband and/or any other provider.
