Excitel.com down on Excitel?

Ironically, It seems that excitel.com is down on Excitel. Using a proxy it works fine. Not a DNS Problem as Excitel.com IP Address (91.196.125.125) cannot be accessed through Excitel directly.

Anyone else having this problem?

Working fine for me. Able to ping that IP also.

Maybe your LCO's equipment has some fault?
