BSNL Broadband userid not working

hi all,i am a new user of bsnl broadband. The userid and password given by the bsnl is not working if i have to check the usage in dataone.in. What is the solution for the above problem? Should I ask for another userid and password. Please clear my doubts.Thanks,Venkat
 
This morning I am also getting System error. Quick Dataone usage finder says unable to enter ID and password. DataFox also same message.Will try later in the evening.. OK at 0915 AM. Both programs retrieved the usage Data. 39 Mb to be used by me in two days to reach free quota 1GB.
 
i disconnected at 3 am today, and after that my connection was not working always saidpassword or connection problem, now its working in morning. any one with same problem from mumbai area.
