Complain for reliance broadband

Hello sir,

I am from bangalore. I have purchased broadband connection on January and on april we have cancelled the connection now they are asking the this month bill also. We didnt even use that connection then why should we pay for that.
We are student and we can't afford that bill . we have purchased from reliance internet provider 088809 55874 whenever we are calling he will cut the phone and he is very rude with us. We tried calling reliance customer care from 3 days but no one is responding us.

So kindly please me out with problem reliance. Reliance broadband they don't have any good customer service. Its very bad please anyone help is find out from this problem

The complaint goes to Department of Telecom which forwards it to Reliance Communications. I have not had much success with Reliance through PGPortal myself. I sent a letter by speed post to their appellate authority. That helped a bit. In the end, I just got rid of the connection as soon as a better alternative arrived.
