Am from Gujarat. I regret but from last a month our broadband connection is not working. I have two broadband connection and both have same problem still customer service center have same childish response. Am facing loss in global market as well study. Had write lots of mail calls but no1 can solve problem. If reliance don't want to provide service than say clearly. Why it is playing with it's raputation. We are 4 to 5 people who faced problem and all the member insted of us changed the connection. Only we are waiting and paying for that wait. Please resolve the problem as we don't want to move.
