Sify's TOS where is it?

I know that when you install their client it shows you their TOS and makes you agree but as far as I know that is a pre-saved page and since it is our responsibility to know the changes in their terms of service they have to have an online version right? It took me a minute to find http://customercare.sify.com/sterms.htm on google since I didn't know customercare.sify.com existed and the main site doesn't have any links for the TOS of their broadband service.
The link http://customercare.sify.com/sterms.htm is broken! customercare.sify.com is down last time I checked, now where the heck is their TOS?

If you dont pay them they will not help u when u face any problems with sify connection.Better not to quarrel with them and pay them Rs 50 to Rs 100 extra.
