This statistics forgets that Android itself is based on Linux kernel. (modified).

So that way Linux has huge market share may be huge.

Plus there are so many hosting sites which use Linux.

plus there is no tracking of Linux like they can track android / Windows / mac

So actual number of usage may be higher.

And if I am not wrong then there are talks of merging Android code in Linux so after few years we might see Android using actual Linux kernel. (unmodified)

We are indeed living in a post PC era. And it is clearly dominated by Linux. Android is a market leader. Chrome OS has a respectable market share in laptop market in USA.

And Android recently took over Windows as the most used OS in the world iirc. If you consider the market share of all types of computing devices.

yup. traditional businesses is the only definite segment that microsoft hopes to keep for the next decade. startups try to keep their costs low so they tend to stick with web based solutions that can be used on any internet connected device. google gsuite, microsoft office 365 are the next business operating systems.
