I mean dude has right to free speech and all but IF I were a company, I wouldnt like my employees spewing vitriol online/offline
 
free speech does not work when you are advocating violence. even the legal experts would say that companies could find themselves in trouble if they fire employees for having unpopular political views. calling for rape of kashmiri women is clearly not covered under the fundamental right of speech.

i think just recently another dude was fired for his social media posts. i don't remember the details but it was not as bad as this one. company clarified that he was fired for underperformance.
