android reached a stage long time ago where it was more or less perfect. now google is just fucking around with it. for every one useful feature, it fucks up two. oreo is the first android update that i was not looking forward to and now that i am using it, i am not really liking it much. i am facing issues that should have been resolved months ago. the only feature that i like in oreo is autofill (passwords). of course, a lot of things happen in the backend that would take years to reach more than a few hundred thousand users. but on frontend, android became feature saturate a long time ago and you get only minor visible enhancements in major updates like these.
