About Junction Box and Connection on Middle of the Month

Hi I just got Act broadband today. While fixing the connection they have attached junction box at my home. Is that done for every new connection? Anybody having huge hike on electricity bill? though they offered 50 rs discount for that.

And I have taken connection on March 19 (30mbps 65gb). But thay said bill will be calculated every month on 1st. So will the data renew on april 1st again? Can I use all the data by april first? Do I need to pay all the amount for that month?
 
Hi. yes you can use all data by march 31 because the data will be reset/renew after 31st of march. There is a junction box at our apartment too.
