No power backup in connection box

Hi ,i have recently shifted to Pragathi Layout,Doddanakundi and chose ACT as my ISP.Since day 1 ,I am facing problems.
The main problem is that there is no power backup in the connection box so there is no internet as long as power is not there.
Please look into this.I have made complaints but no one responds back.

No one on this forum can look into it. You'll have to keep nagging ACT's support center. Maybe your box has a defective battery. In any case, the battery in the box is tiny and can't be expected to last more than an hour in case there is an outage. It's best to power the box from an outlet that's connected to your home UPS/inverter if you have one.

This has been a problem for ACT for long....apparently they use Chinese batteries which don't last long. Its supposed to last for 4 hours but seldom lasts 4 minutes. If you have an inverter, you could connect the power source at the box to the inverter and it will solve the problem.
