Oxymeter and pulse meter on phone

hi my grandmother sadly might have just suffered a mild heart attack, she might get discharged tomorrow.

I just wanted to know is there any device or band which she can wear and i get those readings on my phone with alarm incase any lever goes down ? as its gonna be really difficult for someone to keep a constantwatch over it, plus our night maid we got for her is not that good nor is the morning one that good..



i already have Choicemmed MD300C2D Pulse Oximeter: Amazon.in: Health & Personal Care
but it doesnt have any alarm.

i was thinking of getting this one incase above solution is not there, but reviews suggest alarm not that good..

This one has alarm. I don't think there are ones with internet access for you to get notifications.
