Yes, from 10th Oct TV5MONDE will be apaid channels and i guess it will be available on a la carte basis.

TV5 Monde will be a paid channel from coming 10th Oct and Price is Rs.150/ month...though its an very cosstly and popular french channel.

For people knowing French, its a decent channel. Also I guess it does show French Football League.
