How to configure Siemens C2110 ADSL modem

Can anyone please help me by telling how should i configure my Siemens C2110 ADSL router for the BSNL broadband connection in windows. I am unable to do it. please help

I tried attaching the "Siemens C2110 ADSL Modem USB Driver", but can NOT find a way to do the same.

1. connect thru the lan port

2. keep ip as automatic (from lan properties > tcp/ip)

3. open modem configuration page by typing http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar of your web browser.

4. create a bridge or pppoe setting using vci = 0 and vpi = 35

5. if u choose bridge mode then create a dial up broadband connection from new connection wizard

that's all :thumbsup:

can anyone tell me how can i configure the Nokia Siemens C2110 ADSL modem that every time when i connect the internet that can't tell me the user name and password even if any time when the computer get restart it can autometically connet the internet without asking me the user name and password.

I too have it earlier my speed in delhi was 400 to 500kb/s Now with this new c2110 the speed is limited to 91kb/s wat to do Downloads finish in days

I can't upgrade firmware,is there any external link for firmware upgrade?:huh:
