1350 uld 20gb crossed and still 2mbps

hello

i have crossed fup which is 20gb and i have downloaded about 22 gb now i have restarted my modem too .

my fup was ended on 28 jan but i am still getting 2mbps

i heard on some forums now fup changed from 20 gb to 30 gb is that true?


btw sorry yes i get only 2mbps here in my circle sde jto all sucks they have no idea about how to lift cap i complaint many times but i am fine with 2mbps atm may be later i will go to comsumer court for there scam..

i have already tried this link about 5 about time . i get call from exchange and they say they dont have 4mbps 🙁

does this hlp?? 'm also getting 2042 kbps downstream. PG n exchng ppl got no clue abt speed cap... Mailed PG twice and lodged complaint abt low speed of broadband twice but no help. however i'll also be mailing the same guy as u (may) have did.

Contact the SDE at exchange who actually has the idea of it, the remaining people are clueless.

aftr 10 days of MATHA-PACHI n 10-12 complaints today i finally got downstream 6138 Kbps and upstream 501 Kbps... Talked directly to NIB n gave thm a written letter instead of email n phn complaint booking... thks guys n forum for directions...
