Hathway Parameters (SNR and Other Stuff) Check Please!

Hello. I request all the experienced Cable Broadband users to check the parameters of my Hathway Docsis 3.0.

Please check if everything is looking good and fine?

My details:

City: Delhi
ISP: Hathway
Type: Docsis 3.0 via. Cable
Plan: 50 MBPS

@gambit Well, Why I don't get full 45-50 MBPS speed for 24/7?

Why there is ups and downs in speed for DOCSIS 3.0?

Why it's not consistent in speed as ADSL (Airtel is)?

What's the technology difference?

Can you tell me, How the speed is distributed?

I know in ADSL each line has it's own bandwidth of speed. How does it work in Cable/Docsis 3.0?

P.S.: In night (1 am to 6 am) I get 48-50 MBPS constant. But in noon/evening/morning I sometimes get and sometimes it's 2 MB/s sometimes it super low sometimes it's 45 MBPS.
 
Server load due to many using the internet and or cable peak times.
Not many ppl use internet after midnight so speed stays constant.
