Yes, I had to load Rs 100 to request but was not charged.
 
Coming back to the topic of the new website...

It does look good and all, but for my 4G data card it always shows some wrong data amounts for used and remaining. I have completed using up my normal plan 30 GB data and even though I have opted for 10 GB extra via "smartbytes" pack, it still shows 49.5 GB used and 0 MB remaining.

On top of that around the same time my speed has dropped from the usual 20-30 mbps to a measly 1-2 mbps (or less!) so I am wondering whether it is due to this data usage calculation thinking I have exhausted my data, or some real network issue going on.

Calling the CC they claim no issues on network/tower and they can see the correct plan/usage of mine in their system, so they have filed a ticket with the "network team". I am sure network team will come after 2-3 days to check my device and test with their device, then finally anyway refer it to the backend team for resolution 😀
