My Vodafone app does not let you access the app unless you approve m-pesa account creation

The thing with Vodafone is that outrage almost has no effect on them. They will call up, say that we will look in to it and then vanish in thin air.
 
I checked. Couldnt proceed unless I clicked "I Agree". So now I also have (empty) m-pesa account!
 
someone mentioned on twitter that m-pesa charge Rs. 50 as inactive account fees if you don't use it 🙁
 
I have very bad experience with M-pesa....... three times i have been tempted( Rs500 cashback) to purchase air tickets through M-pesa... but everytime transaction fails and money is blocked..... and after refund money is locked in the wallet....

though M-Pesa is good for vodafone recharges...
