ACT Chennai

Hi Guys,

I am from Chennai(Tambaram West Area), I am new Old customer but retain back after one year back, before I was using BSNL Broadband.
NovemberMiddle only ACT Introduced in my area, I booked immediately. After the cyclone hits Chennai ACT broadband is not working.
I called Customer care many times but no response, I contacted the sales guy, he said issue will resolved with in 5 days, but not resolved. then he said 2 weeks but not happened.
Still Broadband is not working, I am not satisfied with their support.
😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Please don't go for the ACT in Tambaram Area(They are providing false promises to customers).

Network up today. Was down for almost 15days in Mylapore. Hopefully next time they're prepared.
