Does anyone know where to contact higher authorities or the backend team of YOU Broadband?

Really facing terrible pings.
Speeds seem fine but I don't think if I talk to anyone on their frontend team people are going to know what ping means or latency means. All they know is what speeds are.

Yes, they said you are getting 100 MBPS on SpeedTest.net and got done with it.
