This seems excellent if MTNL-MTNL is unlimited! (+100 calls to other network)

40GB FUP is good enough for me.

Currently on 699 plan with 1mbps and 25 calls free! (not unlimited on MTNL network)

PS: Couldnt find plan on MTNL mumbai website.

Those are Mtnl Delhi plans not for Mumbai.
