opted for 6 month plan.Previous plan was 150 Mb/s 1200 GB Rs.799.00+GST

I also opted for Rs 799 + GST plan but mine is monthly prepaid , I didn't have to pay for 6 month plan.

Rs 799 + GST , 150Mb/s , 1200GB + Free SunNext app for 12mnths..

Upgraded my plan to 300 Mbps recently and so far Hathway hasn't disappointed me. I was kind of surprised to see full speeds almost everywhere.

Yep. Hathway runs over Jio in my place.

@manojrk Any restrictions on VPNs? hearing they throttle speeds if you do heavyduty downloads, any truth?

Nope I am able to use VPN just fine. I average 800 gigs a month and haven't faced any throttling so far. I don't do torrents tho but I still got full speeds whenever I downloaded linux isos.

pinged the sales rep for plan details and he bombarded with these 🙄 have asked for more data on their vanilla plan of 200mbps, let's see how it goes.
