Hi i want to buy a smart phone to one of my maids son.My budget is 3,500 INR. Please suggest me a best one. Thanks in advance.

What is usage of Smartphone - Calling, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Gaming, Photography.
In Rs 3500, most Smartphones would not be good for any of above features except calling/sms. Their displays and Camera would be bad. Chipset would be low powered to run any apps/games.
Still some Smartphones from Indian brands like Micromax/Lava could be available with very low performance.
