Alternatives to ATMs/Bank Branches

I wanna know about all cash out facilities like Vodafone M Pesa app which allows you to cash out at a Vodafone store after reloading the wallet. But my nearby store is out of cash. I also know about Delhi Metro Card which can be refunded for money and recharged online also using debit card/net banking, but Delhi Metro is also out of cash. I wanna know any other available online recharge cash out facilities because I'm having a hard time to withdraw cash from local branch
