Hathway Frequent Downs

Hello, My Hathway Connection is not even 3 months old and it's showing frequent downs. I have called numerous of times to Hathway.

Internet is working fine for everyone near by me (but having connection from different pole box). Mine is not having US DS or Online Lights on router/modem.

Sometimes it comes back and become active for few minutes afterwards it is mostly down (US DS and ONLINE is BLANK)

What to do?
 
Looks like you have a problem with cable signal too low.
Open your modem page and look for Downstream and Upstream SNR.
If it is showing 32db or less, call hathway to increase your signal strength,
tell them to increase signal to 40-45db on both upstream and downstream.
30db is lowest, 30db and below you will experience frequent downs and speed issues.
Alternatively you can try these softwares to check your signal strength.
