Your favorite feature

I am studying consumer behavior in India, I would like to know what is your favorite feature in Indian app in terms of -

1) Feature that add value for users
2) Makes your life easier
3] Conserves nature (for example, by going paperless)

For example, in Freecharge there is a bill split feature, I think it is very innovative and helps in many situations.
Also, these days we dont need to carry ticket print out to airport, instead checkin with phone.

Any thing you can think of? Broader opinion will help...

Interesting observation-

I dont really use ewallets, but is an app called PhonePe. It was able to pull and link my bank account by just asking me my mobile number. This means less registration steps.

Anything else, please share
 
I really like the ease of doing recharges through freecharge and Paytm through their wallets. Especially if you're doing same amount recharge everytime. Just select the number and pay through their wallet. Takes 1 min barely
