Can any1 confirm how much speed does
1699 plan offer

is it 50mbps peer + 50 mbps surfing?
total = 100 mbps??

on 1699 plan you will get 100 mbps only on peered torrents ( 50 mbps peering speed + 30 mbps normal speed = close to 100 ) and steam downloads . rest on google and youtube u will get 50 mbps

most of seeders have ip address in range of 10.x.x.x which is pvt ip range from where you getting additional speed.
