128kbps post FUP speed ?

I reapplied for Connect Broadband as backup connection for some reasons. I have DSL 399 plan on this, i don't know why but they downgraded me to 128kbps from 512kbps after 1GB of use (WTF ?). I am just wondering do TRAI allow this,post FUP speed of 128kbps instead of 256kbps? Should i contact Connect customer service about this ? This is really ridiculous !

Any have a clue why they are giving suck ridiculous speeds ?

the plan clearly states -

[*]512 Kbps till 11 GB, 128 Kbps after 11 GB
[/list]3gb free usage limit

That is 349 limited plan, Infact my plan isn't even listed on website. They have well over 150plans !
And i have DSL 399 combo (unlimited) clearly stated in my first post.
I didn't even hit 3GB as of now
